The construction of the SME park "De Schelp" in Zedelgem has started
Since the beginning of August 2022, we have started dismantling and demolishing the existing buildings on the site where SME Park "De Schelp" will be built in the coming months.
The SME Park De Schelp consists of 19 SME-units between 110 and 340 m2 in Zedelgem, between Torhout and Oostkamp. Ideal for the development of your business.
De Schelp is strategically well located for its easy accessibility. The E403 motorway is 3 km away and is one of the most important Belgian traffic axes connecting Bruges and Kortrijk. This is why several companies have established themselves in this region and are positioning themselves on the European market: the Zedelgem area is a region in full expansion. The centre of Bruges is 15 km away, that of Kortrijk 40 km.
De Schelp in Zedelgem will be built in line with the current permit and implementation plans and the regulations of the various permit-granting authorities.
